Over the course of the summer of 2021, I have transitioned The Quilted Purl from a shop offering fabrics and yarns, exclusively to a yarn shop. In addition to a curated selection of yarns, The Quilted Purl also has knitting needles, crochet hooks and a wide selection of notions for working with yarns.
Mountain Colors
Out of the beautiful state of Montana, The Quilted Purl has a wide selection of hand painted yarns created by Mountain Colors. From lace weight to bulky, these yarns are created from wool and either stand alone or are blended with other fibers such as silk and mohair. Exclusive to the shop is the Georgetown colorway created by Mountain Colors to show off the colors of nature found here in the Georgetown Valley. This colorway is available at The Quilted Purl in ten fiber bases.
